What should I expect in a first session?
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll explore your concerns, discuss your goals, and give you space to ask questions about the process.
How long is each session?
Sessions typically last 50 minutes, though longer sessions can be arranged if needed.
Are appointment in-person, or virtual?
Appointments can be held by phone, video, or at a location of your choice, such as your home or office, upon request.
What kinds of issues do you handle?
I support clients navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, professional burnout, and other personal or career-related concerns.
What if I’m not sure therapy is right for me?
That’s completely okay. I offer a free intro call so we can talk about your goals and see if it feels like the right fit.
